These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Payzo ("Payzo," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, dashboard, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the business you represent.
Payzo provides payment orchestration, chargeback protection, and payment CRM tools that connect to your own payment processor accounts (including Stripe and other supported processors). Payzo is not a payment processor, does not hold merchant-of-record status for your transactions, and does not take custody of your funds. You remain responsible for your relationship with your payment processors and card networks.
You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you register, and the information you provide during signup must be accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to use the Service to process transactions you know or suspect to be fraudulent, to evade card network monitoring programs, or to violate applicable law, card network rules, or your payment processor's terms of service. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe the Service is being used in violation of this section.
Fees for paid plans are described at the time of purchase and billed on a recurring basis until canceled. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change our pricing on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice.
If a renewal payment fails or your account otherwise falls past due, we may restrict your ability to manage subscribers (including creating, editing, or canceling subscriptions) and to export subscriber or transaction data until your account is brought current. This does not affect your subscribers' own card charges continuing to process — it only limits your access to manage and export that data through the Service while payment is outstanding. We do not delete your data solely for non-payment; access is restored once the outstanding balance is paid.
To provide the Service, Payzo connects to payment processor accounts you authorize and may store transaction, customer, and subscription metadata associated with those accounts. See our Privacy Policy for details on how this data is handled.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Payzo does not guarantee any specific outcome regarding chargeback rates, dispute resolution, or processor account standing, as these depend on factors outside our control, including card network and issuing bank decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Payzo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or as required by law or by our upstream processing partners.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the dashboard or email before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
