This Privacy Policy describes how Payzo ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website or use our dashboard and related services (collectively, the "Service").
Account information — name, email, business details, and credentials you provide when creating an account.
Connected processor data — transaction, customer, subscription, and payout metadata retrieved from processor accounts (such as Stripe) that you explicitly connect. We never see or store full card numbers; that data is handled entirely by your processor.
Usage data — pages visited, actions taken in the dashboard, device and browser information, and similar diagnostic data collected automatically, including via cookies described in our Cookie Policy.
We use collected information to operate and improve the Service, including routing transactions, surfacing dispute and performance data, detecting fraud or abuse, providing customer support, and sending service-related communications. We do not sell personal information.
We share information with subprocessors that help us run the Service — including cloud hosting, email delivery, and analytics providers — under contracts that limit their use of the data to providing services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Payzo, our customers, or others.
We retain account and transaction metadata for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, or dispute-related obligations. You can request deletion of your account data at any time, subject to these retention requirements.
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit and at rest, and least-privilege access controls — to protect the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. You can exercise these rights by contacting privacy@payzo.cc.
We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect data transferred internationally.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above.

We use essential cookies to run Payzo, and optional analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. See our Cookie Policy.
